Your hotel compendium, without the binder.
Everything in your in-room compendium, on your guests’ phones and in your own brand. Send us what you have. We build it, and your team keeps it current.

What a digital compendium is.
A hotel compendium is the folder in the room that tells a guest how things work: the welcome, the Wi‑Fi, dining hours, room service, the spa, the neighborhood, checkout. A digital compendium is the same information on the guest’s own phone, opened from a QR code.
It is also called a digital guidebook or a guest directory. What changes is everything after it is written: a correction takes a minute, it reads in fourteen languages, and a guest can ask it a question.

Menus, hours, room service and the spa
Your own words, kept current by your team in the same editor we use.
- Opening hours that say “open now”
- Menus, spa treatments, rooms and offers
- Events that leave the guide when they end

Your neighborhood, in your desk’s words
The recommendations your best concierge gives, written down once.
- Places with photographs
- Walking times from your front door
- Directions in one tap

A guest can ask, and reach your desk
A concierge inside the compendium answers from it, typed or spoken, and a request goes to your desk already written.
- Answers in the guest’s own language
- A late checkout, more towels, a table
- If the answer isn’t there, it says so

Day 30
Questions about digital compendiums.
Is a digital compendium the same as a digital guidebook?
Yes. Digital compendium, digital guidebook and guest directory are different names for the same thing: what a guest needs to know about your hotel, on their own phone.
What does my team need to provide?
Amenities, services, hours, policies, your local picks, and your brand assets if you have them. Most of it already lives in a binder behind your front desk, on your website, or in a folder of photographs. A spreadsheet is fine. So is a PDF.
Do we still need a printed compendium?
A card with the QR code is all the room needs. For a guest without a smartphone, the desk is still there.
Is it accessible?
It is a web page in the guest’s own browser, so it inherits the text size, contrast and screen reader their phone already has — and the guide has its own text-size control as well. We build to WCAG AA and check the colors of every hotel’s palette against it.
How long does it take to launch?
Most properties are live within 30 days, and some in two weeks. We do the setup, the design and the launch. The pace depends on one thing: how quickly you get us what you have and approve what we draft.
How much does it cost?
A one-time setup fee plus a monthly service fee, tailored to your property, which is why we talk about it on the demo call. No long-term lock-in: 30 days’ notice.
