Up and running

You provide the details. We handle everything else.

  1. You send the basics. Amenities, hours, policies, your local picks, your logo — a spreadsheet or your website is fine.
  2. We build and launch. Designed in your brand, QR codes for every room, logins for your editors. Live in about 30 days.
  3. Your team runs it. Edit and publish whenever you like. We’re one request away, and a report arrives every week.
Built for my own team, first.
I’m a hotel operator working the front desk in Boston. My team was stretched thin and I could see it in the service we were giving. I built this to take that load off the desk — for my team, then for others.

The questions hotel teams actually ask.

How long does it take to launch?

Most properties are live within 30 days — some in as little as two weeks. We handle setup, design and launch.

How does pricing work?

A one-time setup fee plus a monthly service fee, tailored to your property — which is why we talk about it on the demo call. No long-term lock-in: 30 days’ notice.

Who keeps the content up to date?

Your team, in the same editor we use. Change it, preview it on a phone, publish. For design changes, we’re one request away.

Do we need new software or integrations?

No. Your team signs in from a browser, and guests message your desk on the number you already use — by text or WhatsApp.

Is the concierge AI? What if it gets something wrong?

Yes, and it only answers from your guide. Guests can type or talk, and it replies in the language they used. If the answer isn’t there, it says so and points to your desk. Emergency numbers always come first.

Enhance your guest experience.

Tell us about your property and we’ll set up a 15-minute call with the founder.

  • 15 minutes, founder-led — we mock up a guide for your property on the call.
  • No prep needed. Bring your questions.
  • After the call: a clean quote, that’s it.
