A concierge that answers every guest, in their own language.
An AI concierge inside your hotel’s guide. Guests type or talk, and it answers only from what your team has written. When the answer isn’t there, it says so and points to your desk.

What an AI concierge is.
An AI concierge answers a guest’s question on their own phone, at any hour, in the language they asked in: when breakfast ends, where to eat nearby, whether checkout can be later. Ours sits inside your hotel’s digital guide and reads only that guide.
It is not a chatbot that has read the internet. Its answers come from your guide and your lists, and when the answer isn’t in them it says so and passes the guest to your front desk.
- Type a questionThe answer comes back in writing, with the place or page it came from.
- Or just talkHold a button and ask out loud. It answers out loud and in writing.
- In their languageAsk in Spanish, get Spanish. You do nothing to set that up.
What the concierge does, and what it won’t.
Every answer comes from your guide.
It answers from what your team wrote
Hours, menus, local picks and policies, as they stand in your guide today.
- If the answer isn’t there, it says so
- It points the guest to your desk
- An event stops being mentioned when it ends

Emergencies first, and never a door code
An emergency question is answered with your property’s own emergency and reception numbers before any AI is involved.
- It never reads out a door code or a password
- Codes are held apart from the guide, encrypted
- The emergency answer works even if the AI is unavailable

When a guest needs a person
One tap opens a text or WhatsApp to your number, with the request already written.
- A late checkout, more towels, a table for eight
- On the number your desk already uses
- No new inbox for your team to watch

See what guests ask about
Themes and counts, never the sentences guests typed.
- “Four guests asked about parking and the guide had no answer”
- Questions are kept for up to 30 days, then only their topic
- No screen in the product shows what a guest typed

What it will not do.
Invent an answer
It answers from your guide. If the guide doesn’t say, neither does it.
Read out a door code
Credentials are released only to a guest who opened the guide from the link in their own room.
Show you what a guest typed
You see what guests ask about, and how often. Not who asked, and not their words.
Three steps. About thirty days.
You send the basics
Amenities, hours, policies, your local picks, your logo. A spreadsheet or your website is fine.

Day 30
Questions about the AI concierge.
Is the concierge AI? What if it gets something wrong?
Yes, and the important part is what it is allowed to know: it answers only from your guide and your lists. If the answer is not there, it says so and passes the guest to your desk. It never guesses a price, a time or a distance.
Can guests talk to it, or only type?
Both. They can type, or hold a button and speak, and the answer comes back out loud and in writing. Spoken answers are the same checked answers as the typed ones — the voice reads them, it does not invent them.
What language does it answer in?
The one the guest used. Ask in Spanish and it answers in Spanish; the same for French, German, Japanese and the rest. You do nothing to set that up.
Could it give out a door code?
No. Credentials are held apart from the guide, encrypted, and released only to a guest who opened it from the link in their own room. The spoken concierge is not even given them to read.
What does it do with an emergency question?
It answers with your property’s own emergency and reception numbers before any AI is involved at all. That path works even if every model we use is down.
What do we see about what guests asked?
Themes and counts — “four guests asked about parking and the guide had no answer” — never the sentences guests typed. That is deliberate, and there is no screen in the product that shows them.
Ask it something yourself.
The Continental is our demo hotel. Open its guide and ask the concierge anything, in your own language.
